Warranty Coverage 🔧

We offer a 365-day warranty on stitching, hardware, and manufacturing defects, provided the product has been used as intended.

✅ What’s Covered?

• Stitching & Construction – Faulty seams or stitching failures.
• Hardware Issues – Snaps, clasps, and fastenings that don’t function properly.
  ⚠️ Please Note: A manufacturing fault is classified as a product that is unable to be used in its intended manner and refers specifically to failure of stitching, hardware or workmanship.

❌ What’s Not Covered?

• Leather Characteristics – Leather is a natural product and as such can be susceptible to damage, discolouration, deterioration, and variations to its surface therefore it is not considered a defect and is excluded from a warranty request.
• General Wear & Tear – Damage from daily use, misuse, accidents, or improper care.

Warranty Claims

Depending on the issue, we will:
✔ Repair the item
✔ Replace the item
✔ Fix the faulty part

Custom & Sale Items

• Customised products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
• Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return.

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 14 days at 📧 admin@paratusleatherco.com, and we’ll assist you with a solution.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be:
✔ Unused & in original condition
✔ Returned in original packaging
✔ Free from any signs of wear or damage
