Where do you source your leather from?

At Paratus Leather Co., we proudly source all our cow, kangaroo, and buffalo leather from Australian small businesses, ensuring the highest quality hides while supporting local industries.

Where are your products made?

Every product is designed and handcrafted in-house at our leather studio in Sydney, Australia. We take pride in creating premium, Australian-made leather goods built to last.

Do you have a physical store?

Unfortunately, not at this stage. As a growing small business, we currently operate online only. However, we ensure a seamless shopping experience with fast shipping and excellent customer support.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your Junk/Spam folder.

What is Crazy Horse Leather?

Crazy Horse leather is a unique type of 100% full-grain natural cowhide that has been treated with natural waxes and then buffed and polished to a rich, smooth finish. Despite the name, Crazy Horse leather is not made from horsehide—it is a full-grain cowhide commonly used in saddle making, hence its other name, Saddle Leather.

This leather has exceptional durability, water-resistance, and a beautiful, buttery-soft texture. Over time, wear and tear will enhance its natural beauty, as bumps and scratches change the leather's color, resulting in a multi-hued sheen that can only be achieved by the finest natural leather. The more you use it, the more character it gains, developing a rich patina as it absorbs the oils from your hands.

Why is there ash residue on my engraved product?

If your leather product is engraved, it receives a beautiful, custom finish.
During this process, a small amount of ash residue may be present — this is completely normal and temporary!

⚠️ We recommend handling with care and avoiding contact with light coloured surfaces initially, as some transfer may occur.
With regular use over the coming weeks, the ash residue will naturally fade, leaving you with a clean, lasting design to enjoy for years to come.

Is my privacy/identity protected and confidential?

⚠️Wallet Card Pockets are Tight?

That's how it should be. When first received, the card pockets may feel snug. This is intentional: over time, the leather naturally softens and molds to your cards, creating a perfect custom fit. The initial tightness ensures your cards stay secure and your wallet retains its shape for years to come.

We make bulk ordering simple and tailored to you. Whether it’s gifts, events, or custom requests, we can create personalised options to meet your needs. With handcrafted quality and attention to detail, every order is designed to feel unique — even in bulk.
